Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value and uphold the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against claims of copyright infringement. In order to submit an infringement claim, certain information must be provided to us:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Description of the infringing material and its location;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Penalties are imposed for misrepresenting information in an infringement claim under Title 17 USC §512(f).

Send takedown notices to us via our Contact page. Email notifications are preferred for quicker responses.

We may disclose the identity of the complainant to the alleged infringer when handling copyright infringement claims.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be submitted to request restoration. The notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement confirming your belief that the material was removed by mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice via our Contact page, preferably through email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on repeat copyright infringement. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change the contents of this policy for DMCA claims at any time. Please revisit this page regularly to stay updated on any modifications.
